What we collect, and why

If you complete our enquiry form, we collect your name, business, creative interests, budget range and the contact details you choose to share. For budgets below our starting price, we also ask about monthly social ad spend. A referral or campaign source may accompany your enquiry.

We use these details to assess project fit, respond to you and discuss potential work. The form marks enquiries as qualified or below budget based on the creative budget you select. You can email us to discuss your circumstances directly. Submitting the form does not book an appointment, take a payment or subscribe you to a newsletter.

Where your details go

The website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions pass through our server to Google Apps Script and are stored in our Google Sheets CRM. These providers also process technical data needed to operate their services, such as network and request information. Their processing may take place outside your country.

When you open the booking calendar, Calendly loads on this page and handles the information you provide when arranging a call. You can also open Calendly in a separate tab. See Calendly’s privacy notice, Google’s privacy policy and Vercel’s privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage

The public KAZIF pages do not load advertising pixels or an analytics tracker. Our fonts and portfolio videos are served with the website. The enquiry form keeps unfinished answers in the current page, without saving them to browser storage. Closing or reloading the page may clear them. Calendly’s own cookies and privacy controls apply when you open its calendar.

Retention and your choices

Enquiries are kept in our CRM to manage follow-up and any resulting client relationship. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Email us if you want to ask how long a particular record is needed, update your information, request a copy or request deletion. We may need to retain information necessary for an active project, resolving a dispute or a legal obligation.

Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and contacting your local data protection authority. We’ll respond to requests through the contact address above.

Changes

We’ll update this page if the way the website collects or uses information changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
